I am considering buying a house on Cox creek and was wondering if anybody knew this creek well?

I would like to discuss depth and whether you can tube and ski in this creek?

If you drive by it on Rt. 50 - you can see numerous boats with docks and boat lifts. The water looks to be 3-4 feet in that area so they might be tide-sensitive in launching the boat. the further down you go, the water opens up a bit. I might suggest calling somebody at Clarks Landing Marina which is not that far away- they problably have boaters or homeowners available that could advise you.
