In very good shape. Vinyl is still soft and pliable. A few minor dings and small rips in the stitching. Is not discolored, but could use a good scrub. Covered (came with the boat, but we won't use it) the entire foredeck for a 1998 270 DA, but has a cut out for the cabin hatch with a separate cushion. I think this cushion is custom and not OEM. It may be able to be adapted to another similar DA. Will need some zippers/ snaps installed on your boat to install, but if lounging is your thing, this cushion can't be beat!
