Dashboard lights blinking

Dashboard lights started all blinking
And some of the actual lights navigation anchor started blinking
any thoughts on what the problem could be

By blinking do you mean actually going on and off? Something similar happened to me but I wouldn't have called it blinking. Something more along the lines of the lights dimming and then back to normal. At first I thought it had something to do with the dimmer switch on the dash. I really noticed the lights dimming when the toilet was flushed and the vacuum pump was running. Anyway, I was due to replace the house bank of batteries and once they were replaced I was back to normal.

I'd start with the batteries and make sure they're up to par first.
