Watching the news with all of this Russia invasion business I decided to look up the current state of readiness that our country is in and we are currently at DEFCON 2 , The last time we were at 2 was during the Cuban missile crisis on a scale of 1 to 5, five being peace 1 being full out nuclear war I find it a little unnerving How this escalated so quickly.
I feel like we have been sleeping at the wheel for a little too long…

I'd like to think this is true - but look at all the defense moves that are made public...
