do you run the engine blower all the time ?

I run mine while refueling. I subscribe to the arcing theory, in the event fumes are building up in my bilge while fueling, I would rather the blower already be on circulating air than have the motor arc when I press the switch and ignite the fumes.

I also never run my blowers while the boat is moving, but I do switch them on for a couple minutes before I start the boat each time
