DOAC 4th of July fireworks

Does anyone know if Farley State Marina is a good vantage point to watch the 4th of July fireworks from the boat?
I was there in 2009 and they were behind and hidden by then Trump Casino.

It's been a while since we did AC on the 4th, but if I recall, there's an grass area between Trump (now GN) and Harrah's which gets packed by spectators. I think there you'll have pretty good views. I agree that being in the marina you'll have obstructed view.

It looks like the last three years have had a much bigger fireworks event hosted by the DO AC campaign. I'm not sure if things have changed from the last time we were there.
