Not necessarily…. Often times sellers with brokers price them a little higher to cover the fee. In that case, the buyer is really paying it.

That wouldn't be a little fee, most around here charge 10%. That would be over 100K on a boat over 1 million dollars which this boat would be worth.

Boats will trade at a price regardless of whether there's a broker involved or not. Sure, a seller may try to initially mark their price up to cover all or some of the fee, but the market and buyer will ultimately decide on the clearing level.
