The Marine Holley Sniper is popular with the offshore racing crowd since it does a decent job of maintaining the AF ratio. I believe they met USCG requirements by design when they developed the product.
It has two injectors in the throttle body and the electronics are sealed.
You have to have a compatible marine distributor since the built in ECM advances/retards timing.
In regards to the fuel return line…..you have a few choices if your tank does not have a return fitting. Most of the offshore guys run the return into the water separator since it is usually before the fuel pump. The other option is a new model of the Sniper that does not require a return line. However, that version is not for high horsepower applications.
