Tried to fire-up my Detroit engines this week after just a couple of weeks since last use. The emergency shutdown system has activated (or so says my mechanic) and closed the air-inlets to both engines. Does anyone know of schematics for diagnosing whether there are failed electronic part or an actual reason for the emergency shutdown system being activated? Even the system test board at the helms "tests" fine, but doesn't sound the low oil pressure alarm as it usually would during the engine power-up sequence.
Thanks,
Mark
