Like I said, I’m I expert!! BUT, I’m 40 years old. My earliest memories are of both grandparents using Rotella in EVERYTHING. Big engines, small engine, Sears lawn mowers, lawn boy push mowers, Browning shotgun lube and protectant, Massey Ferguson tractors, Ford tractors, John Deere tractors, Buick cars, Cadillacs, bull dozers, backhoes, Dodge trucks, Ford, Chevorlet, GMC, Internationals, garden tillers, outboards, and even squeaky gate hinges.... haha. To the best of my memory, they never had engine failures. Everything they had seem to rust out before breaking down, we lived 2 miles from the Gulf of Mexico. In all, I use the correct weight of Rotella in everything I own and have owned growing up, based on what I seen them do. So from bicycle chains to 8.1l engine, I still use Rotella. Am I a expert, NO. Have I had any engine failures, No. Am I satisfied with how my toys and tools preform, Yes. Am I confident that Rotella is a great oil and priced great, yes.
