Last weekend we had a taste of spring so I took the boat out. My port engine didn't warm up nearly as fast as the starboard engine. So I used my handy smart craft gauges to see the water pressure - to my surprise the cooler engine had the lower pressure. I usually think the worst so I just assume I have a blockage on the starboard engine discharge causing higher pressure plus less water flow. Has anyone experienced any symptoms like this?

You probably have a stuck thermostat on the port engine. If the port engine thermostat is stuck open the motor won't get up to temperature or take a long time to. When this is happening the water pressure will be lower then the other motor since a closed thermostat will give a restriction and keep the water pressure higher
