Probably a touchy subject but for the longer trips do any of you bring extra gas for the dingy?

I always had a small one gallon tank about half full and left it in the dinghy.... just in case....rowing a dinghy is not on my bucket listProbably a touchy subject but for the longer trips do any of you bring extra gas for the dingy?
...man I hate the newish gas cans.
I bought 7 five gallon cans in 2000 for the y2k issue to run my portable genny. They are plastic and I'm still using them today. The new cans are ridiculous.
Dude, where have you been? Since 2009 all gas cans have to be non-permeable and the spout has to close automatically. They are horrible to use.WTF, they changed the gas cans?
Obviously under a rock. Haven't bot one in awhile. Why can't these a-hole governments just leave well enough alone. First the fk with the light bulb and now the gas can.Dude, where have you been? As far as a can for the dingy, I have a 3 gallon can on the dink. I have a 2 gallon old-style gas can that fit perfectly in the trunk of the AJ. I'd fill up the tank of the dink, then take home to refill. The 2 stroke motor was thirsty with 2 kids running it around all day.
I don't mind the light bulb thing so much any more. Technology really has progresses so there are a TON of good options. I've been gradually switching over to LED as the regular bulbs burn out, so it's not so expensive all at once.Obviously under a rock. Haven't bot one in awhile. Another brilliant Obama era move....screwed up gas cans
