Ok, so I joined the CSR thing from Facebook.

I got an account for FB a couple of months ago against my will, as my entire frikkin family from all over the world kept taunting me.

Oh well, caved in. I am Llib Asored, which is my name backwards. This was to ward off potential FBI agents and ex-girlfriends from finding me.

As well, my wife became a fan on FB of CSR too :thumbsup:so please dont hold anything I have said over the years here against her lol. While we agree on virtually everything anyway, she isnt as much of an ass as I am.

I know Bill, I get the same Sh*t from my family and friends.... I'm glad for them, that they've found a medium they can easily post pics to, but I'm not posting pics to it. I go there to see their stuff... under protest.

That and Twitter - are so bad!

Embarrassingly, I actually got caught up in it. As much as I made fun of it, I had to/am swallowing my pride and actually enjoying staying in touch and posting and reading all of the minutia that make up life!

Heck, I do that here and on some other BB's anyway!

We had a high school reunion recently. . totally organized via FB. It was awesome. Many people were able to reconnect before the event. Able to arrange pre- and post- parties ad hoc.

Huge advantage: Able to see who went fat and bald in advance.

Mental note to self, stay out of the pictures at reunions....

Yes, FB is fun to catch up with folks you haven't seen for a long time. Either our graduating class is 2/3 dead, they don't have computers or haven't joined the 21st century because there are only about 30 of us! It's funny what XX years can do to folks! Some have come out of their shell, some get wider, less hair, better looking, worse looking, thinner etc.,

and what's wrong with Bald and fat?

Nothing wrong with bald and fat, especially if you have a Sea Ray!

Nothing. . it except it hampers recognition if you are not expecting it.

I was just kidding... I know what you mean, I ran into an old friend I haven't seen in 15 yrs. I'm sure the look on my face told him how shocked I was that he gained 75-100lbs and lost his hair and teeth. If I saw a picture 1st it wouldn't have been as awkward.
