Hi gang,

The faucet in the head of my 2006 280DA sprung a leak in one of the braided supply lines so I'm assuming it's a goner. I had to remove both the hot and cold supply lines and plug them to stop the leak since there are no shutoff valves.

I really like the style of the faucet (see pic attached) so does anyone know where I can get a new one? I've searched many times and can't find it.

In the alternative, can anyone recommend a replacement model of a similar looking faucet?

Thanks!

You can replace just the supply lines, as BoatGuy is saying.

Many of the faucets use common fixture parts. If you can get to the failed fitting or line you might be able to find replacement parts at Home Depot or Lowes. Also if you can find the faucets manufacture model # you can try them directly for replacement parts. If you want to replace the whole Faucet, try Great Lakes Skipper of FP Marine, I’ve seen similar faucets on both sites.

Ok, sorry. Let me try to clarify. The leak is coming from one of the short braided stainless lines that exit at the base of the faucet that then attach to the boats water system (the blue/red poly lines w/hand tighten fittings). So, it’s leaking from the faucet, not from the boat’s supply lines. I don’t think the braided lines from the faucet are replaceable, but I’m not sure. From what I can see, the cold line was chafing against the edge of the bottom of the faucet and wore thru the line.

Those braided lines are threaded onto the bottom of the faucet and can be replaced.

Exactly what Soulshine said.
I replaced my faucet that looks exactly like yours, and I unscrewed the hoses and used the old ones.

Not quite following. If you replaced the faucet then why would you need to use anything from the old faucet?

Which faucet did you install?
