Hi all,

My name is Luc and I live with my wife and 8-year old daughter in Belgium.

This month I finally bought my first boat: a 1991 Sea Ray Sundancer 220 DA, 5.7 mercruiser V8.
I know it's an "oldtimer" and she needs some repairing, but hey... I have a BOAT !!!! :smt038

The motor needs some "fine-tuning" and I have a list of things I wanna change/rebuild/replace.

Congratulations, she is clean looking on the outside. I like the burgundy. Nice trailer too.

No worries about the age, especially given the location. The main thing is that you have a boat.

That was my first Sundancer Luc, too! I loved the helm seat that flips backward! Cool feature! Great first boat! Congrats!
 
Welcome aboard good luck getting her ship shape.Don't worry about how old your boat is some of us here feel older is better remember that a well maintained boat is timeless.
 
My first Sundancer also.........we had a lot of fun in that boat.

Old boats are the BEST boats!! Mine's an '88, runs great, but not very economical. ENJOY!!

For questions about my 220 sundancer.... do I ask them here or is there a special "220" topic on the forum ?

I have been "collecting" all kinds of technical data for this boat... but it isn't easy. I still need the electric schematics but I can't find it on the net.
Can anyone "point" me in the right direction plz ? I wanna replace all the gauges with new ones.
