finally renamed her today

along with my helpers. perfect day for it. cloudy and warm. had a hell of a time getting the residual adhesive ghosting off to the point where it hopefully isnt obvious. tried goof off , acetone . 3m adhesive remover. finally just kept working the acetone with a scrubber sponge and did some compounding with a machine. its making me dread doing the boot stripe and cabin top striping!

oh man... the ceremony? I can plead ignorance right now. however there is a brass clock mounted on the bulkhead inside which has the previous name on it that I don't plan to remove based on how its mounted. so I have that going for me !

Steve, I don't want to scare you off, but I had a 330 that I changed the name on. In a bit over a year the boat was hit by a BUI boater and totaled. Guess what ceremony I neglected to do during the renaming?
