I have a 1988 Achilles SPD-2FL which is a 8.5FT. The PO tried to replace the floorboards, but he didn't have the rear board. Does anyone have the same boat, or know where I can get a template? They are charging like $400 for replacement floorboards, and I'm not paying twice what I paid for the boat.
If anyone has made a set, if I deflate and make pieces to fit just inside the tube, shouldn't that work? I have the end connectors, and I know I can get replacements from Defendr, and can make stringers. I may have to wait until winter, so if someone has the same boat and can take measurements I would appreciate it.

I have brand new boards for an Achilles 9'6" . Not sure if the rear board is the same as mine. I think the beam is the same, which means the first few boards might be similar. You are correct new boards from achilles cost $400.00. I switched to an air floor.

Thanks, mine is old, so I'm not sure if an air floor is even offered for it. I may just wait until winter and use the floor as a template to cut new pieces. When you removed yours, did you notice how close it was to where the floor meets the side tubes?

Once you inflate the tubes - they were pretty wedged in there, not much room. they are more stable than the air floor.

sorry for the delay response - i have the floor boards in storage, i will make you templates, send me a pm with your address.
