Looks like it's a flared to me. Either remove and clean and look for a crack or tighten it and see if it seals.

Then it might be time to take it apart and see if there is something on the mating surface. or there could be a ding in it or a scratch causing it to not seal.

There might be an o ring in there with a scratch or tear but it doesn't look like any that I have played with that had the o rings. When you take it apart, make sure you have an o ring set with you. I always carry a box of different sized Nitrile o rings and a tube of Super Lube. The lube is good to stop from getting scratches and tears that stop them from sealing.

Super lube is a great dielectric grease too. I found the best place to get it is at Harbor freight. Lowest cost too.

Its hard for me to tell exactly where those fittings are, and I'm looking at the online parts manual for a 3126 (so may be a little different), but those fitting are shown to have sealing o-rings in them. #3 #6 and #8 are o-rings under those nuts. Go to the Cat parts website, and put in your serial #, you can drill down and get the right one. they are $1-$2 each.

Thanks. Have you ever cracked open these fuel lines in my photos?
Was at HO Penn NY and they told me the same as you there are O Rings in those housings. HO Penn gave me a few O rings. I’m just chicken to crack the lines open, leaving on 10 day trip and would hate to mess the lines up and not be able to fix the lines. Drip is very minimal
And thinking I’ll do it when I return. Thoughts?

Well finally had the guts to crack the fuel lines. I was able to get the elbow from HO Penn in case I messed the elbow up taking it off. so there it was an O Ring.
got my dental tool out, cleaned all fitting
replaced O ring and no leaks. An .18 part solved my problem. Old O Ring had a rip.
