Saw a guy try and head out but, something stuck. They all checked lines and they were free. He gave it again and that is when we heard the bag of the two 30amp power cords freeing themselves from the pedestal. Now I'm not perfect as I was taking a few girls out. They were experienced boaters helping with the lines and the OK Captain your free sounded. Just not all of the lines off. Mid-cleat to pigeon pole was still on. There we were in the channel. We had a good laugh.
