Galley/head ventilation motor

I want to change out the very noisy motor that is located behind the microwave.

The current motor is made by Mayfair.

I saw a post a while ago but I cant find it now

The mayfair is the brand that is on the boat and very noisy and I read a while back about a higher end blower that is much quieter.

they became noisy when mounting screws are loose

I even put in rubber bushings to mount to bulkhead and still no good.

Found a previous post. Jabsco was recommended.
