Garmin GPSMAP 440 Install

Installed the Garmin on Friday using Ram mount and mounting from the windshield stanchion. Things went better than I thought and I am pretty happy about the visibility of the unit since its visible sitting, on the bolster, or standing. The folks at E-mounts are great to work with and their products are top notch

Yeah...The 400 series does have the sounder option but this time around I opted for the 440 versus the 440S. "S" denotes sounder and I believe "x" denotes weather but I think only the 430 does weather.
420 doesn't have any chart pre-loaded, 430 had lakes rivers charts and 440 has the coastal charts.

At first the pilot hole was tough but after that hole was done it got easier. I just need something to finish the hole now to protect the wires
