Handrail

[Time To Relax]

I made a handrail to have something to hold on to, to get to the bow. I used 1 inch PVC gray electrical tubing and bent it using heat gun to the shape I need. Used 1 inch PVC coupling for spacer bushing in rod holder and rail antenna bracket for other end. When done brought it to a local shop that makes towers for boats and he copied my PVC model.

Can you still use the port side steps? It looks like the handrail is in the way.

I remove the railing in summer when I remove the aft curtain and use the cockpit cover.

That is a slick idea. I never thought to use PVC pipe either. Smart idea.
