Head not working

I have a vacuflush head on my 81 360 EC. I flip the switch on the panel and nothing happens. Water will fill in the toilet but when I flush it won't go down. Where should I start trouble shooting?

Is the 'switch' in the head itself? If so, perhaps there is another breaker that is off. Next I would check the pump.

The switch is on the main panel in the cabin. There isn't a switch in the head. The I don't even know where the pump is.

What do you mean, it won't go down? Do you hear any sounds like a pump running? Is there a clog? Did it just suddenly stop working? More info will help.

I'd suggest spending 30 minutes learning a bit about the basics of the vacuflush system so that we can better assist you troubleshoot. Get the manual to your system.
