I have a 1988 Sea Ray 390. The power vent in the head has stopped working. Does anyone know where you locate a replacement?

I've got a 1994 370 and had the same problem when I bought the boat in 2009. I was able to find a new motor for the fan at Grainger.
How do you access the fan ???

It's behind the medicine cabinet. In my boat, you could take part of the back of the medicine cabinet out for access.
