I have an 87 270 Amberjack. I have the head that has a pump handle on the side. The supply hose runs to the seacock. I've pumped it but can't get it to draw up water. Any thoughts?

There's a rebuild kit for those... probably dry rotted O-rings and such.

Yep, time for a rebuild. Figure you'll need to do it every few years.

My boat has fresh water flush, runs off the tank, so there needs to be water in the tank to flush the head. Found out the hard way a few years ago, had your issue, rebuilt the toilet, still wouldn't flush. Come to find out the fresh water tank was empty, lol. Live and learn.
