We just purchased a 2000 Sea Ray Sundeck SD210. It has 100 hours.
Wondering what needs attention under normal wear and tear and what could be the sign of something more?
Out drive fluid low.
Steering stiff.
Doesn't crank first time after storage.

I used my now-sold 1982 Seville every weekend of the Summer for 8 years. It pulled my kids all day on towables. It pulled anyone that wanted to ski. We did day cruises on a large lake. I limped home once with a burned exhaust valve, but it never stranded us and never needed any big repair. The keys are to use it gently, and keep up with the little things before they become big. Your list looks like an accumulation of little things that have not been attended to.

Follow the maintenance schedule in the owner's manual, and store it properly between uses. Winterizing the boat in a dry place makes a big difference on things like steering linkages and other corrosion-prone parts.

Top up the out drive fluid. If it goes down again, find and fix the leak.

Inspect and lubricate the steering cable and linkage. Fix any binds or rubs.

FI or carburetor? Either way, it is pretty much normal to need more cranking time if the engine has not started recently. How does it run?

Doesn't turn over (crank) or doesn't start after storage? How long in storage are we talking about??

100 hours of use in 9 years is not that great. I would question how well the boat was maintained by the previous owner. Usually the winterizing process has you change the outdrive lube and grease the steering cable and linkages.

If it was me, I'd have a mechanic do a 100 hour service and winterize it for this year. He'll be able to tell what's what.
