Help me to choose a replacement

Hi folks,
I have a Furuno LS-6000 sounder on my boat and have been working on upgrading. I'd prefer to not have to upgrade the transducer and use what I have. What are my options on upgrading to? Have any suggestions?

Lets start by finding out which transducer you have currently then we can move on from there. Most transducers are, sort of, universal. So lets start with that.
