Holding Tank fitting have come loose - how is it repaired? Pictures of problem incl.

I noticed our waste water gauge was showing half full and thought that was strange since we just put it in the water and have only used it a few times. I took a closer look at the holding to see if it had much in it or if the sensor might have done bad. When looking I noticed the fittings on top of the holding tank are not well seated. I ran the vacuflush toilet and saw water and air leaking, I would appear the pipes on top of the holding tank are leaking. The Blue on in the pic is at a very tight angle. How are these fixed?

I was wondering if the air outlet could be plugged? That might cause a increase in pressure in the holding tank and cause the tops to come off????

I am assuming it it not suppose to leak air - right?
