Holding Tank Vent Filter Release straps?

Hello,
About to change my holding tank filter. Having trouble releasing the two plastic straps holding it in place. Any idea how to release these?

Mark - there should be a clip on each strap. Just pry them up with a screwdriver.

I had those clips on my 410's HT filter, and after I popped them loose the first time, they were easy to pop up with my fingers the next time...
