Hey, has anyone got the Hurley H2O Davits with a 10” Extension on a 380, 400 or 410? I am guessing the platforms are about the same depth. I’m trying to figure out if I will have enough space between my Dinghy and the Transom to step through. In other words, is the 10” Mount enough to give me 6 or so inches of space ?
I have the Highfield 310 with a 5’7” width, 10’ length. Platform is 36” deep.
How do you find this System for loading a 200 lb Dinghy with Motor ? I thought I would use a Block & Tackle type winch to help with pulling it up.

I have it on a 400 Sedan Bridge. My Highfield is 8’ 6” and 60” wide. Dingy and motor are probably 120lbs. There is no step through room. Just a couple of inches between the transom and the dingy. Enough room to get my arm under to push/pull the power cords in and out.

@Stee6043 Will probably chime in with his experience.

I just have the standard H20… the keel of the dinghy is right over the platform edge. This is all I could get up onto the swim platform by myself…any heavier I would need two people… 310aero 9.9hp 4 Stroke

I was able to send Hurley a worksheet, and they told me the clearances from the transom plus the weight limits of the different configurations.
