I am just in the beginning of installing a NEMA2k simple network. I have a 4-way T that I think you call the backbone. I have my VHF radio(Garmin) on one leg, yellow power plug going to another, my MFD(Garmin 7616xsv on the 3rd, and the 4th is open right now. I have the terminator plug on the left end and a drop cable on the right end. The drop cable runs down to another 4-way T in the bilge where I tied in my new DST810 transducer today. The drop cable goes in the left end of the T, the transducer connects to one of the legs, I have dummy caps on the other 3 legs and the terminating piece on the other end.

My Garmin MFD works perfect showing depth, speed, and temp. I put a Raymarine A060646 cable on the 4th leg of the backbone and plugged it into the back of the Raymarine i50. It powers up, will run through the different setting modes, but will not display the depth. The cable is a A06046 male adapter cable and it connects perfect to the Ancor 4-way T. The book says to use a A06045 female cable. The cable ends are the correct male/female ends, but no depth. Any ideas?

Nema2k buss needs a power feed cable as well.
Without that the depth is likely not powered up.
Never mind see you have that

the Ray is likely SeaTalkng not true N2000 the cable may have to be the 045 to get the correct connections

The connections on the 046 are male and female just like what is needed-male yo the new unit and female with the brass prongs to the 5-way T. Thanks!

Are there any other devices plugged into the second i50 SeaTalk port?

the i50 can support older SeaTalk or SeaTalk ng but not both at the same time.

No other devices. It came with what looks like a termistor and I tried it in the 2nd hole and makes no difference.

The link above calls for the depth and speed buttons to be pushed. Mine is depth only, so no speed button. Back to waiting on Raymarine.

Cannot find a number to call them. Anybody got one?
