Ice Maker & DVD Player

I am trying to remove the older DVD player and can not seem to figure out how it comes out?
Also the mini freezer just under is not working correctly and it will not come out.

I just bought the 38' SeaRay Sundancer 2006.

Any ideas on how these come out?

The freezer/ice makers are usually removed taking out all of the Philips head screws on the trim ring along with the door hinge screws. This will allow the space to slide it out of the slot. On my icemaker, there are four additional screws that hold the top and bottom of the unit to the boat.
