Idle Air Control Valve replacement....

Searched and searched this morning for a thread I could have sworn I remember, where I found which model AIC to get for my motors.

My 1997 Mercruiser Bluewater 5.7 260hp
I can find parts which mention "2001" or "2003" and newer MPI...but I don't believe mine is MPI, I think she's early throttle body FI.

And Hop...yup that's the part # I came up with. Although I ended up getting a "clone" for that part number...not Mercruiser brand, but I found a clone that was advertised as direct replacement for that Merc part number...from an auto/rv/marine dealer in Boise Idaho.

Parts came Saturday, will put them in this week. Next up....thermostat thread!
