How difficult is to replace my impellers on a 07 290 Sundancer with twins 4.3 l with bravo3? thanks for he helpin advance

It is all about access. If you can readily reach both raw water pumps and have easy access, it would take about an hour per pump.
My 270 has the 496 stuffed in the engine compartment and one needs to be a 4 foot tall contortionist to have access.....

The trick is to remove the pump, bracket and all and rebuild it on the bench - practically impossible to do on the engine.

I don't have any experience with a 290 but with twin 4.3 engines and Bravo out drives I would think access to the front of the engines where the pump is located would be reasonable since the engines are placed back against the transom.....

Looks like trying to get the whole pump out it may be a lot easier, I will try that tomorrow and let you guys know, thanks for the help.

If you are in the water, be ready with a plug of some sort, no seacock on sterndrives, so water is going to start flowing in once you disconnect the raw water side of the pump.
