I found this company on another boating website. They make shore power cords that are much more reasonably priced than Marinco sells theirs for.

One of the people on the other forum bought one of their cords and is very pleased with it.

I picked up some 50amp 250v cables this summer and the quality is very high.

Prices appear even better.

Yep read the same post this morning. I was just about to purchase a Marinco plug and cut an extra 50' cord to 20' , they have a 15' for just a few bucks more than the plug.

Ordering the (30 Amp - 15 ft) Marine/Shore Power Cord (8517) plus a 5-15 Male to L5-30 Female Marine Dogbone Adapter with LED Indicators (7728T) for a total of $67.08 , the dogbone adapter is on back order they'll email or call when it's in stock and ship both together.

I like doing business with smaller companies that might be struggling to make a success of their business. Marinco has great stuff and has been around forever, but I still prefer giving my boat bucks to the small guys.
