On the dash of my 410 my instrument gauge lenses dont look clear and clean. Can the lenses be removed and cleaned? These are on the tach, oil pres, temp, ext.
I have seen the tach on my boat do the same, only to have it go away after a day in the sun. (water)
I am not a big fan of the Sea Ray tach so I really didn't care enough to take it apart.
Can't help you out on that, but your not alone on the cloudy gauges.
Others have changed to digital tachs and that would be my next move.
Do a search on here. There is A LOT of posts on here about that same thing. They have a lot of good advice, and yes, according to some, you can take the gauges apart.
