Intake Manifold 860100A2

I hope someone can help.

I am in need of a Mercruiser/Quicksilver manifold intake OEM 860100A2

Mine has failed and is no longer made.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

First have you contacted Mercury or a dealer and confirmed there is not a new part number?

Second engine details
5.0 or 5.7L
TBI/EFI
Two or four barrel
Aluminum or cast iron
Vortec?

search ebay, jegs, summit for "Chevy 305 350 5.0L 5.7L TBI Intake"
you likely have to make an adaptor plate for the bolt pattern of the TB

I have

5.7L throttle body cast iron

I dont believe a car part would work for this, as this part was made specifically for this engine by mercruiser and was only manufactured from 1999-2002

What makes it so unique a car part wont fit? Got a pic of this thing?

i believe most if not all automobile parts are aluminum.. This needs to be cast iron as the boat is raw water cooled.

You can get auto in cast iron
The two barrel truck TBI manifolds have a three bolt pattern and I think the Merc has two
This is the four barrel merc that should fit you would have to get some 1/4” plate and drill and tap for the two bbl

Need to be sure if it has vortec heads or not ports are different
Vortecs should be four bolts on each side
Standard had six on each side
Pictures of the actual would help
Get your engine numbers and details and reach out to a seller like this I’m sure they can help verify the fit
