Hey all. I have a 1990 220DA and I was wondering if installing a TV is an option due to space, wiring...etc. My daughter and I sleep out on the boat several nights throughout the season and a TV would be a great option to bringing the portable dvd player.

Also, do any of you Long Islanders know anyone who installs them and about how much we are talking?

I put one in my 220DA. Mounted it on the wall between the head and Vee berth. There is a void space there for the wires.

I'm sticking to an portable TV. In small cabins I want max flexibility. TV/DVD is the way to go, less to keep track of.

Nope, need a bigger boat.

Just kidding, but you now have justification. There are some other threads on 12v LED/LCDs. I picked up an Insignia that had an external power brick (to 12v) for that purpose.
