I am getting ready to sand and repaint the lower unit on my Bravo III. However, I have a brown stain from the river on my outdrive as well as the bottom of my hull. On / Off works great on the hull, but can it be used on the outdrive? I tested a small spot on the outdrive and it removed the stain, but I don't want to harm the outdrive. The recommended use for the product is fiberglass only.

I have used it on the outdrive...but very diluted 1:15 maybe and I used a rag to get only the areas I needed....and flushed it with water right after. With it diluted it takes a bit longer to work but does a good job...

Don't get it on s/s props.
