Thats the sound my vacuflush makes. Won't shut off unless i flip switch. Got vacuum at the bowl and flushes ok. What say you? Duckbills, pressure switch, or air leak?

I have had my stuff apart numerous times. I have found it is normally something other than the pressure switch.
I would replace the duckbills first, just because they are normally the problem, it won't hurt anything and they are cheap. Check all the connections as you put it back together and that should eliminate the potential air leak.

While you are in there, root around under the pump bellows and make sure there aren't any foreign objects such as tampons.
