Two lake trip for the trailer-able boats.
If any of the bigger boaters from Keowee want to run around on Jocassee just let us know. I know I
should be able to handle a couple. I can't speak for the others, but I sure some have room too. Heck
even if you can't haul your boat to the area come on along I'm sure we can kind a place for you.

Friday & Saturday on Jocassee with the CSR raftup on Saturday
Sunday & Monday on Keowee with the CSR raftup on Sunday.

Found a couple of Hotels that say they have rooms on their web sites, in Seneca

Days Inn 864-885- 0710 $97.21 per night

Jameson Inn 864-888-8300 $116.00 per night

Best Western Executive Inn 864-886-9646 Friday and Sat nights 129.00, Sunday night $80.00.

Not sure exactly how many of the Keowee boater's will be joining , but we have on many weekends 8 to 10 of us rafted together and I am sure many of those will join. Ryan and I will start to get some head counts as we talk to the folks down there.Being a holiday weekend I feel pretty confident that we will have 5 or 6 in addition to Capt. Ryan, Keri and Lynn and I.

To the folks whom are looking for a motel to stay in Seneca, you might get a discount if you mention Duke Power. We have contractors who stay in Seneca, and the motels give a discount to workers. Worth a try...maybe.

Looks like a big turn out. This is gonna be fun.

Oh and I will have room for some people whom are boat challenged for Jocassee.
 
We'll also have room for the Jocassee adventure on saturday and Keowee on Sunday/Monday. Since we have a smaller boat we can transport folks if needed.

Is anyone planning a food list for any of the days?

About how far is it from Seneca to the lake Jocassee?
