Kicker motor cant mount swim ladder

Any ideas on how to add a back up motor - on a boat with a swim platform on the aft -

dont want to remove the swim platform

gas or electric trolling motor wanted to add
onto a 1977 srv 240 with a volvo 255 duo drive inboard -

4900 lb boat -- can a bow elecrtric work ?

Stern outboard would be a great back up but how do i install it --\\

cut a section of the swim paltform out ?

I am considering doing the same thing - and posted a thread the other day. Did you ever pull the trigger on the spare drive?
