Koehler 5ecd CO 6 fault code

I was at the boat today winterizing everything and noticed my generator was displaying the CO 6 code. It seemed to run fine even under load.

Does anyone one know what this code is?

CO-6	Carbon monoxidesensor warning	Fault code is displayed if the CO sensor is inoperative.	Replace the CO sensor. Contact an authorized distributor/dealer for service ifproblem continues.

I believe that's the correct part.

That's the one. I've replaced it. Slight pain in the a$$ but doable. Pricey little board.

out of curiosity, where is this board located? is it on the generator itself or somewhere in the cabin?
