Lake Lanier Bottom Paint and Detailing

Can anyone recommend someone that I can use to touch up my bottom paint?
It is flaking off on the port side and Marine Max is quoting $850 (which includes pulling it out of the water at Holiday, on Lake Lanier)

Also, does anyone have a good detailer they can recommend that does good work at a fair price?
