Well we finally launched today. The past week has been a very busy one at the boat, new bellows, two new shift bellows, new shift cable and a new trim puck. That was the easy part yesterday I washed the boat from the rub rail down with spray nine (cleaning chemical) I then used Gary's wax it has a compound in to take care of oxidation. I then waxed the boat from the rub rail down with a really nice carnauba wax, seven hours in all but the boat looks great, well from the rub rail down.
Me arms and back are killing me been using ice and my Tens unit on my lower back, wife is really annoyed with me for waxing it myself. My thoughts of a 440da sure did change by waxing my 300da, I would be another day waxing a 440 myself.
