I was organizing the space under the sink and I noticed the carpet was really wet...

I immediately recalled that I tested that the water pressure worked a few days ago...sure enough, I turned on the water pressure button again on the boat and little droplets started to form on the rubber part of this fitting.

Where do I find this fitting? It connects the hard line going to the faucet to the flexible plastic water line. The local marine shop said that the company who made them for the Sea Rays when out of business. Any leads?

I have a 95 model Sea Ray with similar plumbing. I would first try to tighten the connection and or replace the o-ring in the fitting. That flexible tubing that allows the faucet to be removed from the mount, should be easily connected. If it is difficult to seal, I apologize, but I had a similar problem and all it took was a tightening of the connection.

Did you call Trudeau's on Lake Union? They may be able to give you a source for that fitting or may be able to sell you whatever fitting Sea Ray uses now for that same connection.

Brilliant - sometimes the obvious solution is the right one. I tightened the fittings and the rubber piece on the hard metal line was compressed further and the leaking is gone!

Thank you
