Do Searays have limber holes in the stringers to allow for water to drain to the bilge from higher levels? The boat in question is a 2000 Sundancer 340 (twin inboard 7.4's).. Specifically if water under the engine to drain to the lower bilge (where the pumps are).

The 2000 340 actually has 4 of them in the ER. Two drain from the most outboard depressions, where the main engine and generator seacocks are located, into the space under the engines, and there are 2 more that drain from the engine area into the central bilge, one on each side. All 4 limber holes are located forward in the engine room, just a couple inches aft of the forward bulkhead.

Hope that helps....

Thanks, Dale. I launched the boat yesterday and transported by water 35 miles... and after docking, noticed water from the auto-bilge pump (about every 15 minutes)... I checked and saw a small leak coming from the stringer to the bilge... I initially thought that the stringer was bad... It's coming from the strbrd dripless seal.. They can't haul it till Monday, the pumps are doing their job..... another project..
