Yes, had a signed Purchase Agreement in less than 48 hours. We are quite surprised.

I was at the Newport Boat show talking with a broker. The brokerage searay market on the following boats is hot. Sundancer 34, 42, 44, 48. Sedan bridge 52, 48. Clean boats are selling in weeks.
