Looking for cabin hatch lift rods

I need to replace the window lift rods and am having trouble finding. Google searches come up with some but the descriptions are vague and I am not sure of the compatibility with mine. Any help with sources would be appreciated.

that older style arm is nla but can be replaced with newer style from bomar
