Hoping someone can help us locate a Cockpit Table for our 2000 Sea Ray 340DA, we have the spacer piece but no table. I have tried several Sea Ray Dealers and they all have informed me that the Cockpit table is no longer available from Sea Ray. I am hoping that another member may be selling one or know of someone who is..

If you know of any one that is making after market tables, or any other option that would be welcomed.

When we purchased our 340 a year ago we saw what we thought was the Table under the rear bench seat, but it was just the extra spacer.

Thanks in advance for any and all assistance and or suggestions/recommendations.....

Jerry,

I've made a couple tables for the 3xx series. They appear to all be the same size. I have the dimensions in my notes and will send them to you via pm. I'm not taking on any new projects at this time, and in any event the freight cost from Boston would be absurd. I would suggest you contact CSR member Todd Olason ("Nehalennia"). He is in the Seattle area and does table tops.

I would shy away from veneer plywood type tops as the table doubles as a seating base. When used as a seat bottom support, the veneers will crack and then moisture can enter the material and eventually cause de lamination. A veneer table is cheaper than solid wood, but if you have to replace it after two seasons the savings diminish pretty quickly.

I've been looking for 6 years nothing ever came up on any sites , even after hurricane Sandy on the east coast. I made the filler into a table. I mounted a block of wood under the filler and I screwed a table mount to it. It works pretty good but doesn't have a drip lip on it. Someone stole mine right out of my boat. so I started searching. Funny thing is the first place that came up in my search was this site and it was someone looking for a table that posted a week earlier right from my marina.

Hi Henry, I know this is an old post, but do you still have the plans/dimensions for a cockpit table on a 1999 340da?

FWIW you can get the dimensions for the table by measuring the "slot/inset" between the rear bench and the forward bench, all the way starboard. The table doubles as a filler for that location. So...presto...you already have the dimensions.

I have the filler piece that stores under the rear bench, but not the table. Are these two pieces used in conjunction to make up the filler? Or just one or the other. Im new to this boat

Hmmm...maybe I am mis-remembering this. I was thinking that the two are the same piece but I may be confusing my 400 with my 340 that I sold last year. Full disclosure - I grew to hate having the table installed after one season and it never returned :) Walking around that thing constantly is enough to drive you insane.

I assume you could convert the filler to be the table if you wanted to add a base to it. If I'm remembering the storage location correctly (longshot) they are very close in size? Perhaps the base was the primary difference?

Sorry for the misdirection. I'm getting old...

Haha not a problem. The storage slots they slide into seem to be the same length, the filler on top, the table below that, just not as deep in width. I just assumed you need both to set the cushions on
